What are the minimum requirements to participate in the live sessions?
You must use a computer or mobile phone to participate in the live broadcast. Minimum requirements may vary depending on the device or browser used.
We recommend that all students check their device and browser before participating in the live broadcast.

The following settings are recommended for all users who connect to the live lesson from the computer.
At least 2GB of memory and enough free storage. (Computers purchased within the last 5 years are usually in good condition.
Internet speed should be at least 2Mbps Download and 1Mbps Upload. To measure your internet speed: https://speedtest.net
If you are attending the class from your computer, we recommend using a Chrome or Firefox browser. On Mac computers, you can log in from the Safari browser, but the screen sharing feature does not work. We highly recommend using headphones for audio participation. When you use headphones, you can easily hear the voices of others, and when you participate with voice, the voice of other participants will not echo.
You don't need to use an expensive headset. Any headset with a built-in microphone will do. If you are in a quiet area, a laptop with a camera and microphone will suffice.

Participating in a live broadcast from a mobile device will not always give great results in our country. While the internet infrastructure and data download speed are ideal for one-on-one meetings, they may not be ideal for presentations, chats and live broadcasts with multiple camera images.
We recommend using 4G so that you can attend the class without any problems. If you are connected to a wifi internet, there should be no_* public internet. Other users you share your internet with may be downloading large files while you are in class
Close all applications running in the background while connecting to the live broadcast from the mobile device. Close open browsers and tabs.
Bandwidth in Screen Sharing
Screen sharing is about 12 times the view of the instructor, and you need to have enough bandwidth to see 12 people's cameras at the same time. When the instructor shares his screen, it means that the computer shares the entire screen with hundreds of people in the class. This can be thought of as projecting a movie onto many screens at milliseconds using the internet.
If you are an instructor and you teach by sharing your screen, you must have a good internet connection. We recommend that the amount of Uploads be at least 3mbps.
If you are a student and the instructor is sharing the screen, you must have a download speed of at least 5mbps.
We recommend that moderators or presenters connect over a wired network (not wireless) if possible. If you are connecting from an unreliable wireless network, you may experience periodic disconnections or gaps in your audio.
To ensure that all features and functions are accessible to the user, we recommend that Moderators and Presenters connect from a desktop or laptop device whenever possible.
Additional Advice for Presenters
Presenters can join Live Lessons using a mobile device, but features that require more bandwidth, such as screen sharing, may be limited in use.
IMPORTANT: screen sharing is not currently supported on mobile devices. Presenters who want to use the screen sharing functionality should use a laptop, desktop, or Chromebook device.
